Hmm. Ehem. Well, this is awkward isn't it? I have been meaning to write here for ages. But there's this little bitch called procrastination lurking behind me. So, blame that bitch guys not me.

Hmmm. How to recap 2013? In a nutshell, it is a year filled with experiencing new things and also having my first. So, lets coined "first" and "new" as my keyword for 2013.

New environment. First job. New impressions. New friends. New kind of crazies. First dorm room. First homesick. First university orientation. New university. New place. New experience.

2013 is great and with every laughters and tears, I learn how to be a better me. There are things I regret, there are things I'm proud of. There are things I'm happy about, there are things I'm ashamed of. How cliché it may sound, what's done is done. And here we go for another year on this jumpy ride!

A few hours to 2014. Tick tock.

Let me tell you what will happen in 2014.

I will be 19.
Henry Lau will be 25.
Yunho oppa will be 28.
My parents will both be 45.
My brother will be 16.

Alas, how do numbers signifies us? After all, we are what we are. To justify it with numbers is merely belittling ourselves. Look at Henry, he's going to be 25 and his mochi cheeks are still visible. Look at Yunho, going to be 28 yet, still a goofball with Changmin. So, don't worry much about our age everyone!

But, truly, honestly.

More than everything, I am afraid. I am thrilled, oh yes, I am. What people term as "embracing adultness". I am absolutely thrilled to be treated like adult. But much more, I am afraid of growing up. Because next year will be my last year as a teen. And there will be no more free pass in line with "oh, she's just a kid!". Adult means responsibility and I don't even know how to handle it. It is scary and yet thrilling. Oh well, I think I will choose 'thrilling' as my keyword for next year!

Well, I'm excited for what 2014 has for me! Aren't you?
